Yesterday was Landon's 4th Birthday. We had a small family gathering to celebrate. He wanted to have a golf themed party this year. So that is what we did. Zak and I gave him his first Big Boy clubs--with real driver, bag, etc. He was totally pumped. I love having kid(s) with warm weather birthdays only for the fact that parties can be held outside rather than having to spend a million bucks at Chuck E Cheese or somthing! In the evening, we had our families come over for mini-golf around the yard and treats. My creative and cute friend Emily Coombs made an AWESOME golf cake earlier this year--so I copied her idea and even used her cake toppers. It turned out pretty well! We had rootbeer floats, popcorn, watermelon and all sorts of tasty birthday treats. Thanks to the family for all the swell presents--it was like Christmas all over again, you spoiled Landon rotten!
The yummy spread--on a grass tablecloth of course!

Singing "Happy Birthday to You!"
And one pretty cool golf cake....if you ask me!

The pandamonium known as present opening!
